FOR MAILING OUT AN ONLINE ORDER REQUEST
1. Neatly package the shoes, checking for mates (right and left shoes, matching sizes). Ensure the shoes in the box are the shoes on the label. Make sure all sale tags and/or price stickers are removed.
2. Enclose a copy of the online order letter (in color). Please sign the bottom of this letter. You are welcome to add a personal note to this.
3. Enclose a copy of the Shipping Receipt (attached to this e-mail). Double check that the shoes being packaged are the correct shoes on the Shipping Receipt.
4. Use the Canada Post shipping label (attached to this e-mail).
5. Drop off the package at Canada Post before 5:00 p.m. local time or have the package ready for Canada Post if you have an in-store pickup.
6. Please e-mail Head Office once the package has been shipped.
Head Office will look after the transfer.
