How to get free shipping
You can get free shipping on regular items over $70 in Canada with Canada Post. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you return an item because of an error that was our fault.

Our Return Policy
Online Purchase Return Policy
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! You can simply send your online purchase back in its original box and packaging with your receipt within 45 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Returned items must be in protective packaging (bag, wrapping paper, etc.) when mailed. Footwear boxes that were damaged due to not being correctly protected/packaged will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Apparel refunds must be in new condition and have tags attached, or we cannot accept them as refunds.
Free In-Store Returns
Return your online purchase to one of our retail locations. Bring your shipping invoice, shipping notice receipt and unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original box and packaging within 45 days of purchase. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Gift Exchanges
Exchanges only apply with items purchased from Gift Receipts.
Returns on in-store purchases
We offer free returns and exchanges at any Quarks or Urban Trail store! Just bring your receipt within 15 days with your unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.
