Shipping is FREE* on all orders shipped to the provinces over $50 at regular price within Canada! Quarks uses Canada Post for standard shipping. Shipping Charges will also apply on select sale items. Please note that while shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because we made a mistake!

Changed your mind? Bought the wrong size? No problem! Simply send your purchase back to us in new condition including box, packaging, and receipt within 45 days of your purchase, and we’ll provide you with a full refund or exchange! More detailed instructions of how to complete a return are included with your online purchase. Alternatively, you may return your purchase to one of our retail locations. You will need your shipping notice to complete your return.

Bring your purchase back to the store you purchased the item from in new condition, with its box and your receipt within 15 days of purchase, and we’ll provide you with a full refund or exchange! (Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, exchange only with gift receipt, and items 50% off or more are final sale.)
