Christmas Giveaway Contest Rules & Conditions

To enter to win, visit quarkshoes.com/christmas-giveaway. Entries are limited to ONE (1) per person. Entries will be accepted between 9:30am CST December 12, 2016 and 3:30pm CST December 14, 2016.

All submitted entries will receive a timestamp marking the time of submission, as determined by Quarkshoes.com. This timestamp will be the primary indication in determining the eligibility of submitted entries. 

Winner

ONE (1) winner will be chosen. The winner will be notified via email provided & may receive follow up information via phone. There will be a Facebook post on the Quarks Facebook page with a limited version of the winner's details.

Prize

Prizes based on size and availability. Winner will choose ONE (1) Canada Goose jacket (regular retail price cannot exceed $1000 CAD) and ONE (1) pair of Manitobah Mukluks currently stocked on quarkshoes.com. The Canada Goose jacket prize will be fulfilled directly by Canada Goose Inc. The Manitobah Mukluks prize will be fulfilled by quarkshoes.com. Prizes will be non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the termination of the designated Contest Period. Unclaimed prizes will revert to Quarkshoes.com stock and control.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Canada who are 13 years or older as of December 12, 2016. Employees of The Quark Group and its consultants, and immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Subject to applicable federal and provincial and legal regulations and laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Eligible entries include valid email addresses submitted through the contest form, from residents of Canada age 13 or older as of December 12, 2016.

Drawings/Odds

In total, ONE (1) prizewinner will be selected by the end of the Contest by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period(s). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of The Quark Group. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified via email using the information provided by the participant. No other contact method will be attempted. Unreachable or spammy Facebook account users will be disqualified immediately and a new winner will be selected. Winner must respond within SEVEN (7) days of notification. If the Winner fails to respond within seven days will be immediately disqualified and a new winner will be selected.

Release

By submitting an entry, participants agree to RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE QUARK GROUP. THE QUARK GROUP AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THIS CONTEST OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

Entry Information

Entry information becomes property of The Quark Group subject to The Quark Group's privacy policy as posted on its website. Once the prizewinner is notified, the name of the prizewinner will be posted on the Quarks Facebook page and/or Twitter and/or Instagram within 30 days of receiving the winner's agreement. 

Consent

By entering this contest, you are consenting to receive direct email from The Quark Group. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of Prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that The Quark Group may use the winner's name, address, likeness, voice and/or Prize information for notification, advertising and/or promotional purposes without further consideration.
